FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how we work, what we do, and what to expect.

What is a patient advocate?

A patient advocate helps clients navigate healthcare logistics, communication, and paperwork. We provide administrative, informational, and organizational support. We do not provide medical care, legal advice, or insurance sales.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

No. We cannot guarantee that an insurer will pay a claim, that a denial will be overturned, or that a provider will take a specific action. We help you understand your options and present your case clearly.

How do I know which service to choose?

Use our recommendation tool, or tell us what's going on through the contact form. We'll suggest the smallest service that reasonably fits your situation.

Is my information secure?

We use a secure client portal for documents and messaging. Public forms collect only non-sensitive information. Do not send protected health information through the public contact form.

Do you take insurance or success fees?

No. Our fees are stated upfront per service. We do not work on contingency or take a percentage of savings.

Can you come to my medical appointment?

Yes, our Medical Appointment Advocacy service includes prep, attendance, and a follow-up summary. In-person availability depends on location.

What areas do you serve?

Our primary service area is configured during business setup. Virtual services are available where appropriate. Contact us to confirm.
