Limited pro bono patient advocacy is available for low-income individuals who are unable to reasonably afford standard service fees.

• • Pro bono help is limited, and capacity changes over time.
• • An application is required. Each application is reviewed individually.
• • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• • Pro bono services carry no guarantee of any particular outcome.
• • Pro bono clients receive the same standard of care, dignity, and professionalism as every other client.
• • Third-party costs (such as filing fees or records copying fees) are not covered by pro bono advocacy unless clearly stated in writing.
